- Sufficient nutrients (amino acids, vitamins and minerals)
- Proper circadian rhythm and adequate sleep
- Social purpose and connectedness
- Appropriate management of stress
- Good movement
- No chronic infections
When all of those things are in place, it takes less time for patients to keto adapt and get results on a ketogenic diet.
